On February 12th, 2026, Habitat for Humanity Northwest New Jersey (Habitat NWNJ)
took over the WRNJ airwaves to host their 4th Annual Have a Heart for Habitat
Radiothon! Having been a community partner for many years, WRNJ was gracious
enough to help share the stories of those Habitat NWNJ has had an impact on once
again. This year, homeowners, volunteers, and community partners alike shared what
Habitat NWNJ means to them, and why there is a need now, more than ever, for
volunteers to donate their time and talents.
Over $20,000 was raised from this years Have a Heart for Habitat Radiothon to benefit
the home building and Home Repair programs. Habitat for Humanity Northwest New
Jersey will have 8 more Partner Families moving into their new homes and plans to
complete over one hundred Home Repair projects. Your generous giving helps make
these projects possible and enrich the lives of others. Habitat for Humanity Northwest
New Jersey is incredibly grateful to WRNJ for hosting their event, and to all the
supporters and donors who are helping build homes and hope in Sussex and Warren
Counties.
